How to get set up & approved as a host

  • Create an hosting account on Directstay, so that you can submit for approval to list.

    We require hosts to have above a 4.5 star average rating with at least 20 reviews.

    In order to list on Openstay, you need to have a direct booking website set up already to process payments.

  • Connect your site & import listings.

    If you’ve built your own direct booking site or your PMS tool provides ones, you can automatically import your listings into Directstay.

  • Directstay puts you fully in control with freedom to configure all your listing preferences like required rental agreements, security deposits, cancellation policies, promotions, and minimum stay requirements.
